Class 2 Driver in Carlisle

Ideal Recruit is pleased to offer a full-time opportunity for Class 2 (LGV C) Drivers in the Carlisle area.

This role will initially be temporary, with the opportunity to become permanent for suitable candidates.

You will be working with a well-established and reputable company based in Carlisle, offering stable, year-round employment with consistent work and regular hours.

Requirements:

• 03:00 start – Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday
• 07:00 start – Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Pay Rate (PAYE):

• Days: £15.11 per hour
• Nights: £16.16 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• HGV Class 2 driving, safely delivering parcels to Delivery Units
• Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of vehicles
• Keeping paperwork updated and accurate

Candidate Requirements:

• HGV Class 2 driving entitlement (Category C)
• Valid Driver CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
• New pass drivers welcome
• No more than 6 points for minor endorsements
• Ability to complete an onsite assessment
