Class 2 Driver

Job Title: Class 2 Driver (Multi-drop work with heavy handballing required. Deliveries include alcohol)
Location:-Tyne & Wear
Pay Rate: -19.04 basic + -2.30 holiday pay = -21.34 total
Hours: Monday to Friday (06:00 starts)
Licence: Class 2 (C) - essential
Experience:-New Pass accepted

Fifth Wheel Recruitment are looking for Class 2 Drivers in-Tyne & Wear to work with our client, who-is-a national drinks supplier, providing 1000s of alcohol products to hospitality business, across wine, spirits, beer, cider and soft drinks

Role & Responsibilities:

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle-
• Multi-drop deliveries
  
  • 10-12 per day
  • Delivering alcohol to pubs, bars and restaurants
• Heavy handballing required
• Working with a Drivers Mate

This is a customer facing role, and you must therefore be presentable and able to communicate with people at different levels.-

About you:
You will have your Class 2 Driving Licence and you must also have your UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card. Our client may accept up to 6 points on your licence, but we can not accept DD, TT, DR, CD, IN endorsements. As a professional Driver, you will be up to date with the WTD regulations.

You will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
