Class 2 Driver

Evoke Staffing are currently recruiting experienced-Class 2 HGV Drivers-for a-12-week temp-to-perm-opportunity based in-Stoke-on-Trent.

This is an excellent opportunity for reliable drivers looking for regular work, consistent hours, and the chance to secure a permanent position.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1:-Tuesday to Saturday
• Week 2:-Monday to Saturday, with either-Wednesday or Thursday as your rest day
• Average-48 hours per working week
• 12-hour shifts
• Start times from-02.00-04.00

The Role

• Delivering goods to supermarket stores(Multi Drop)
• Back door deliveries
• All products are supplied on wheels, making unloading straightforward
• Providing a professional and courteous service at each delivery location
• Full induction and ongoing support provided

Training

During your-first week, you will work alongside an experienced driver to familiarise yourself with the routes, delivery procedures, and day-to-day operation before driving independently.

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 Licence
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of drivers'' hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
• Previous supermarket or store delivery experience is advantageous but not essential
