Class 2 Driver

Driver Hire Gatwick is seeking an enthusiastic Class 2 Driver to join one of our clients in Redhill. This role involves the delivery and maintenance of water equipment in companies and households. This is a full-time position offering a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role

• Up to 7-15 deliveries per shift, depending on route distance
• Start time 06:00 am (Min of 8 hours guaranteed)
• Safe loading and unloading of goods
• Costumer services skills
• Completion and accuracy of all delivery paperwork
• Daily vehicle checks in line with health & safety regulations
• Ensuring full compliance with all driving regulations

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Minimum 1 year Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 3 penalty points (no major endorsements – CD/IN/DR/TT)
• Would need to live within 10 miles of the workplace in Redhill
• Good navigational skills
• Right to work in the UK
• A responsible and safety-focused approach to driving
