Class 2 Driver

Class 2 Driver (Temp to Perm) – Driver Hire Colchester

Driver Hire Colchester are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 2 (Category C) Driver on behalf of our client. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with full training provided and long-term career prospects.

The Role:

• Delivering plant and access machinery to customer sites

• Loading and unloading equipment using beavertail lorries (full training provided)

• Demonstrating machinery to customers where required

• Providing excellent customer service at all times

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday

• 07:30 – 17:30 (45 hours per week)

• Overtime available for early starts and late finishes

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate (paid weekly via Driver Hire)

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence

• CPC & Digital Tachograph card

• Minimum age of 25 (insurance purposes)

• Good communication skills and customer-facing attitude

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
