Class 2 Driver

We''re looking for a talented Class 2 drivers to work for our client in Leeds area.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable background of previous experience in the field.

The Role:

As the Class 2 you''ll report to the Team Leader and will be primarily responsible for work in a team and work well under pressure and in new environments on a daily basis.
Shifts: Mon to Fri, 6am to 4pm. (45 hours/week). Saturday work might be required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and operate Class 2 HGV (Skip/RoRo preferred) vehicles
- To ensure all bins are weighed accurately
- Follow set routes and schedules to ensure timely pickups
- Use bin-lifting equipment in a safe and effective manner
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members


Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Waste Industry
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic and ''can-do'' attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- UK right to work

In addition, you''ll need the following:
-A valid Class 2 (Category C) HGV License
-Previous experience in trade waste or commercial driving preferred
-An excellent communication, team work
-An experience minimum of 1 year''s ( desirable)
-A flexible attitude and a team player
