Class 2 Driver Location: Worcester Salary: 16.32 per hour ( 38,000 per annum minimum) Our client, a well-established distribution business supplying products to commercial customers across the UK, are seeking a reliable and professional Class 2 Driver to join their Worcester depot on a permanent basis, completing multi-drop deliveries whilst providing a high standard of customer service. Job OverviewComplete multi-drop deliveries to customer sitesAverage of 15 drops per dayCarry out daily vehicle checks and report any defectsLoad and unload products safely and efficientlyEnsure deliveries are completed professionally and on timeComply with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and road transport legislationMaintain accurate delivery paperwork and vehicle recordsKeep vehicles clean, fuelled, and ready for operationReport any incidents or accidents in line with company proceduresRequirementsValid Class 2 (Category C) LicenceValid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph CardMinimum 6 month Class 2 ExperiencePrevious multi-drop driving experience would be advantageousGood understanding of Driver Hours and transport legislationStrong customer service and communication skillsReliable with excellent timekeepingHealth and Safety conscious with a professional approachSalary and Benefits 16.32 per hour ( 38,000 per annum minimum)Permanent, full-time positionMonday - Friday, Guaranteed 45-hour working weekOvertime paid at time and a halfVariable start and finish times with occasional ..... full job details .....
