This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, 4 days a week.- Key Responsibilities Carry out daily pre- and post-use vehicle checks (walk-around inspections), report defects promptly, and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy, clean, secure, and not overloaded. Lead, supervise, and organise a small crew of loaders/operatives, ensuring they wear PPE, follow safe systems of work, and work productively and safely. Assist with loading duties when required (emptying wheeled bins, sacks, recycling containers, or bulky items) and operate vehicle machinery such as bin lifts, compactors, and hydraulic equipment.
