With no nights out, no weekend requirements and early finishes, this role offers a welcome change from general haulage and multi-drop driving.What s on Offer? £14.67 per hour Overtime opportunities available Monday to Friday working pattern Day shifts: 6:00am - 2:30pm No tramping or nights out Local routes Ongoing work with long-term prospects Full induction and training provided Immediate starts available The Role As part of the Council''s waste management team, you will operate a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle across designated routes in and around Worksop.In addition to driving duties, you will support the collection team with loading activities where required to ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently.Key Responsibilities Operate an HGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicle safely and professionally Complete daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Assist with the collection of domestic and commercial waste Support loading activities as part of the wider collection team Follow all road transport, health and safety and operational procedures Work effectively with colleagues ..... full job details .....
