Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver / Concrete Batcher

Contract Personnel are recruiting for a Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver / Concrete Batcher to join a local, family-run business that has been established in the area for over 25 years and is a leader in its industry.

Previous Cat C driving experience is essential, but they will consider a Cat C driver with no previous experience operating a mixer lorry, as full training will be provided.

Previous knowledge or experience of concrete batching would also be advantageous but is not essential, as again, full training will be provided for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for batching, loading and delivering ready-mixed concrete to various building sites and domestic addresses throughout Norfolk. During busy periods, you could be expected to make up to 5 deliveries per day.

This is a permanent, full-time position following the successful completion of an initial 12-week Temp-to-Perm qualifying period.

• Monday to Friday
• Start time: 6:00am
• Full-time hours

• A valid driving licence with Category C entitlement
• A valid Driver CPC qualification card
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A good understanding of Road Traffic Laws
• A reliable and professional approach to work
