About the Role

This Class 2 (Category C) role based in Normanton offers a temporary position with the potential to become permanent. Working Monday to Friday, drivers start at 6:00 AM for day shifts averaging eight to ten hours, or from midnight on nights. Pay ranges from £15.21 hourly during the day to £17.24 at night. Successful candidates will operate as part of a two-person crew, handling multi-drop deliveries and collections between customer sites. Duties include delivering, installing and collecting specialist equipment, so care and customer service matter. Full training is provided. A valid Category C licence is essential for this driving post.

Manpower is recruiting Class 2 (Category C) Drivers to join our prestigious client in Normanton. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global logistics leader on a specialist contract, with full training provided and the potential for a permanent position.

What You''ll Be Doing

As part of a two-person delivery crew, you''ll be responsible for:

Multi-drop deliveries and collections between customer locations
Delivering, installing and collecting specialist equipment, including Peloton bikes and Coca-Cola vending machines
Providing excellent customer service at every delivery
Completing vehicle safety checks before each shift
Using handheld scanners and completing delivery documentation accurately
Driving safely and in line with all legal and company requirements

No previous specialist delivery experience is required - full training will be provided.

What We''re Looking For

To be successful, you''ll need:

A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
A valid Driver CPC
A valid Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 penalty points
No DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements
Good knowledge of the UK road network
A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
A good level of physical fitness, as heavy lifting is involved
