Pay Rates

• -15.00 per hour (PAYE)
• -16.81 per hour with holiday pay rolled up into your hourly rate

The Role

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for temporary and ongoing contracts across the Trafford area.

This role involves completing palletised deliveries and collections for a range of well-established customers. Drivers can expect regular day shifts with an average start time of 7:00am.

Duties Include:

• Completing palletised deliveries and collections.
• Loading and unloading using pallet trucks where required.
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks.
• Completing delivery paperwork accurately.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
• Complying with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and road transport regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
• At least 6 months'' experience driving a Class 2 vehicle.
• A valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your driving licence.
• No DR, DD, CD, IN endorsements or any other convictions that have resulted in a driving ban or disqualification.
• A good understanding of Driver Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• A reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach to work.
