Class 2 Building Control Surveyor

Enfield Council is recruiting a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor (temporary post) to support our Building Control team.Requirements:Full RICS or CABE membership.Extensive experience inspecting buildings for Building Regulations compliance.Familiarity with dangerous structures, demolitions, and contraventions.Strong post-qualification experience, including deputising for the Principal Surveyor.In-depth knowledge of Building Control legislation and procedures.Skills and Attributes:Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.Must hold a UK driving licence and have daily access to a vehicle for site visits.Apply now to help ensure safety and compliance across Enfield''s built environment. ..... full job details .....
