We’re recruiting experienced Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a leading waste management company in Bedford. This is a reliable, full-time opportunity with excellent pay and the chance to secure a permanent role after 12 weeks.

Competitive pay: £17.01 – £34.02 per hour
Early starts (06:00) and early finishes (around 15:30)
Monday to Friday, overtime available
Weekly pay – no delays
Company pension & healthcare cover
Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks
Overtime available after 40 hours

Driving a Class 2 refuse/dustcart vehicle on set routes
Collecting commercial and household waste safely and efficiently
Working as part of a supportive team
Completing daily routes on time and to safety standards

Valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence
CPC qualification
Digital Tachograph card
Maximum of 6 penalty points
Reliable, safety-conscious attitude
