About the Role

As a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver based in Southampton, you will handle multi-drop deliveries to farms and commercial sites, operating from the Fawley location. This temporary night role follows a 4-on-2-off pattern, with starts between 3pm and 6pm. You will receive £17.70 per hour for a guaranteed 42.5-hour week, rising to £26.55 for overtime and weekend shifts, plus a £20 nightly bonus and performance bonuses of up to £1000 every six months. Duties include providing excellent customer service and maintaining safe, professional standards. You must hold a valid Cat C licence, Digi card, CPC, and ADR certification. Parking is free, with PPE and full training supplied.

Requirements:

Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, CPC card
ADR licence in class 2 in tanks
Familiarity with drivers'' hours legislation and tachographs.
Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details:

New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
The role is due to start in August and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
