About the Role

As a Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver working nights in Newbury, you will deliver fuel and related products to farms and commercial sites across the region. This temporary role offers a competitive hourly rate of £17.70, rising to £26.55 for overtime and weekend shifts, alongside a £20 nightly bonus and performance rewards up to £1,000 every six months. Shifts commence between 3pm and 6pm, with 42.5 guaranteed hours weekly and 28 days of holiday. You will handle multi-drop routes, prioritising safety and customer service. A valid Category C licence and ADR certification are essential, with full PPE and training provided.

Night Bonus - £20 per shift

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
Multi drop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises

Requirements:

Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
ADR licence in class 2 in tanks - Some Training is available for drivers without their ADR
Familiarity with drivers'' hours legislation and tachographs.
Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details:

New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
The role is due to start in September and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
