Class 2 ADR Tanker Driver - Nights - Bury St Edmund is a temporary role based in Bury St Edmunds, paying £18.29 per hour for a guaranteed 42.5-hour week, rising to £27.44 for overtime and weekend shifts. A £20 nightly bonus applies, with performance bonuses up to £1,000 every six months. Shifts start between 3pm and 6pm, offering flexibility across various patterns. You will perform multi-drop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial sites, upholding safety standards and delivering strong customer service. A valid Category C licence with ADR certification is essential. Free parking, PPE, and full training are supplied, alongside 28 days of annual leave that grows with service.

Night Bonus - £20 per shift

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service.
Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.
Multi drop tanker deliveries to farms and commercial premises

Requirements:

Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card, DCPC card
ADR licence in class 2 in tanks - Training is available for some candidates who do not have ADR!
Familiarity with drivers'' hours legislation and tachographs.
Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details:

New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
The role is due to start in September and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
