-Pertemps Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Class 1 W&D Tramper running out of Coatbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established transport operation offering guaranteed hours, regular overtime, and generous overnight allowances.

Working Pattern:-

• Monday to Friday
  
  
• Tramping Monday to Thursday
  
  
• Paid travel home on Friday
  
  
• Minimum of 45 hours per week
  
  
• Consistent overtime available for those who want it

Key Responsibilities:-

• Carrying out Class 1 deliveries and collections across the UK
  
  
• Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation
  
  
• Securing loads safely and delivering goods on time
  
  
• Accurately completing delivery paperwork and using electronic POD systems where required
  
  
• Maintaining high standards of customer service when delivering to clients
  
  
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures and driving regulations

What We''re Looking For:-

• Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
  
  
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  
  
• Previous Class 1 tramping experience preferred
  
  
• Strong understanding of drivers'' hours and Working Time Directive regulations
  
  
• Reliable, professional, and safety-conscious approach
  
  
• Successful candidates must pass a Drug & Alcohol test prior to starting employment
  
  

What''s On Offer:-

• -17.00 per hour PAYE
  
  
• Permanent, full-time position
  
  
• Minimum 45 hours guaranteed per week
  
  
• Regular overtime available
  
  
• -28 overnight allowance for each night out (Monday to Thursday)
  
  
• Paid travel home on Fridays
