This role involves transporting goods between depots and distribution centres, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance. This position is ideal for drivers seeking consistent routes, minimal manual handling, and a structured working pattern. Key Responsibilities Carry out Class 1 trunking runs between depots, hubs, and distribution centres. Operate articulated vehicles (C+E) safely and professionally. Complete deliveries and collections on time. Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections (walkaround checks). Safely couple and uncouple trailers when required. Ensure all loads are secure and compliant with transport regulations. Complete all paperwork and digital tachograph records accurately. Communicate effectively with transport planners and depot teams. Adhere to Driver Hours Regulations, Working Time Directive (WTD) requirements, and all road traffic laws.
