Class 1 Shunter Driver - Preston

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Shunter Driver to join our team in Preston.

Shift Pattern:

• Start time: Midnight (00:00)
• Night shifts

Pay Rate:

• -15.28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Shunting trailers safely around the yard
• Parking and allocating trailers to loading bays
• Conducting vehicle checks and following safety procedures
• Working closely with the transport team to ensure smooth yard operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Good understanding of yard safety and operations
• Reliable and able to commit to night shifts
