About the Role
The Class 1 Night Driver based in Hanley is responsible for operating a curtain-sided heavy goods vehicle to deliver timber products, ensuring loads are strapped and secured in line with health and safety procedures. This temporary role offers £19.54 per hour, with shifts running Sunday to Thursday, starting between 1700. Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence with CE entitlement, a valid Digi Card and CPC, and a minimum of 12 months HGV driving experience, with no more than six points. Immediate assessment slots are available, and the position includes free parking.
Class 1 Night Driver
Our prestigious client is currently looking for a HGV 1 / LGV 1 / C E / Class 1 Night Driver to work at their site in Stoke on Trent.
The Class 1 Night Driver will be responsible for:
- Driving a curtain side heavy goods vehicle
- Delivering Timber Products
- Strapping and securing the load using correct health and safety procedures.
To be considered for this Class 1 Night Driver role you will need:
- CE Entitlement
- Digi Card & CPC
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Held HGV Licence for minimum of 12 months with experience
- No more than 6 points
