Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver

We are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Shunter Drivers to work for our client at East Midlands Gateway. As a Shunter driver you will ensure yard movements are done correctly and support the smooth running of the operation. 

Shift Patterns / Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
3 shift rotation - 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am

The successful Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will:
Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months
Have a valid tacho and DQC card
Previous experience preferred but training provided
Have a positive can do attitude

Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Shunter Driver will include:
Moving trailers or units around the yard Ensure safety of other in the yard

You will receive:
Days - £16.38 per hour
Days OT - £24.57 per hour
Nights - £18.75 per hour
Nights OT - £28.12 per hour
