Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off Shift Pattern
Hours: Flexible (annualised hours)

About the Role

We are currently recruiting a skilled and dependable Class 1 Driver to join a well-established organisation within the agricultural supply sector. This is a varied and hands-on role where you’ll be an important link between the business and its customers, delivering essential products while maintaining high standards of safety and service.

Key Duties

• Deliver products efficiently while providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Operate vehicles in line with current transport regulations and company procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects or maintenance issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet operational demands, particularly during busy seasonal periods.
• Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and compliance at all times.

 What We’re Looking For

• A valid LGV licence (Class 1 preferred).
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Previous experience within agriculture, bulk delivery, or animal feed operations would be an advantage.
• Good communication skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• A reliable, adaptable, and conscientious approach to work.

 Working Hours
