Job Responsibilities Operate Class 1 (C+E) vehicles in a safe and compliant manner at all times. Complete scheduled trunking and/or long-distance deliveries in line with route plans and customer requirements. Carry out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks, reporting defects or issues promptly. Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, including delivery documentation and tachograph records. Follow all relevant road safety rules, company procedures, and legal driving regulations. Maintain professional communication with transport office staff and customers where required. Secure loads correctly and ensure the vehicle is maintained to a high standard.
