How to Qualify Work at an ADR Network-managed Co-op Andover from 5th July 2026 Complete shifts in at least 7 of the 9 weeks between 5th July and 6th September 2026 Achieve a minimum average of 3.5 shifts per week across those qualifying weeks   What You'll Receive Drivers who meet the qualifying criteria will be guaranteed a minimum of 28 shifts during October and November 2026.
