Class 1 HGV Driver Pay: £15.00-£19.00 per hour Job Type: Temp ongoing, opportunity to go perm for the right candidate Start Times: 6:00 onwards start for day shit, 18:00 onwards start for night shifts Working 6 days a week, Mon-Sat or Mon-FriandSun The Role We are currently looking for reliable and experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers to join our clients team. This is a great opportunity for a professional driver looking for regular work with the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities Driving a Class 1 HGV safely and responsibly Completing local and/or regional deliveries Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects Completing delivery paperwork and required documentation Providing a professional service to customers Following all relevant road, transport and company regulations Requirements Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence CPC qualification Digital tachograph card Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred Good knowledge of UK roads Reliable, punctual and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team NEWLY QUALIFIED DRIVERS ARE ACCEPTED!
