Search are currently recruiting for a number of HGV Class 1 drivers to work on behalf of our prestigious client based in Runcorn. Please note this is 24/7 operation and we have days and nights shifts availablePay rates PAYE 16.00/h days 17.00/h nightsPay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay): 17.93/h days 19.05/h nightsKey Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 1 vehicles. Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service. Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card. At least 12 months Experience in general haulage and able to strap A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
