Class 1 Driver

Class 1 Drivers needed – Immediate starts
Rapier Employment are currently recruiting Class 1 drivers to join our well-established company based in Oxford. The company will be relocating to Bicester as of August 2026.
Shift options available - If you are looking for Monday to Thursday working pattern with occasional Fridays, or looking for a day or two through the week, this could be ideal for you.
 
** You will have held your licence (Cat C E) for 12 months to be accepted for this role **
 
Pay: 17.31 - £18.34 per hour
Role: Class 1 Driver
Hours: PM starts available – start windows between: 14:00-18:00, 18:00-22:00 & 22:00-02:00 depending on requirements. Some flexibility required between start window.
Job role:

• Work anywhere between 1 to 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday)
• Trunking collecting parts from 3rd party companies and delivering back to site
• No loading or unloading required
• Runs can vary from 1-2 depending on runs/collections (8 hours guaranteed minimum per shift)
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
• Maintain accurate electronic records via the tablet
• Daily start times from site

 
Requirements:

• Full UK licence (C E)
• CPC card
• Digi card
• Held C E for 12 months
