Rapier Employment seeks Class 1 Drivers for a well-known client in Didcot. This temporary role pays £17.85 to £19.52 per hour, with overtime available after 45 hours. Shifts begin between 13:00 and 16:00, and the site operates 24/7, so weekend availability is essential. Applicants must have held a C+E licence for at least six months. Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot.

Role: Class 1 Driver
Pay: £17.85 to £19.52 per hour - overtime after 45 hours
Hours: Starts between 13:00 - 16:00
Days: Site operate 24/7 so must be available to work weekends
Job includes:

Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations

What you'll need:

Held C+E licence for 6 months minimum
No more than 6 points on your licence
Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills
Available to work weekdays and weekends
Full UK licence, valid CPC card and digital tacho card
