Class 1 Driver

Class 1 drivers required start between 13:00 & 16:00 / Thursday to Monday rota

Rapier Employment-are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Didcot.

**-This is a great opportunity for someone who has held their C+E licence for 6 months-**

Role:-Class 1 Driver
Pay:--20 to -23-per hour - overtime-after 45 hours on higher rate
Hours:-Start times between 13:00 & 16:00
Days:-Thursday to Monday rota

Job includes:

• Transport goods between different locations, ensuring efficient delivery schedules
• Safely operate a Class 1 vehicle for trunking operations, adhering to company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicle and report any issues
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery details
• Communicate effectively with the transportation team and other drivers to coordinate trunking operations

What you''ll need:

• Held C+E licence for 6 months minimum
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Strong knowledge of road safety and excellent driving skills
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• Full UK licence, valid CPC card and digital tacho card
