About the Role

A Class 1 Driver is required to join a global logistics company on an ongoing temporary basis in Kingston Upon Hull. The role offers a Monday to Friday working pattern with start times between 4am and 6am, ensuring weekends and bank holidays off. Pay ranges from £16.40 to £18.00 per hour. Drivers will operate modern curtain-sided vehicles, delivering timber to builders’ merchants across the UK. Typical duties include 4-6 drops daily, occasionally 1-2, and securing loads with straps. Candidates need significant or several months of solid Class 1 driving experience. Compliance with FORS Gold safety standards is essential.

Requirements:

Valid LGV C+E Licence.
Up-to-date CPC and DIGI card.
Maximum of 6 points on your licence.
No DD, DR, or IN endorsements.
All drivers must pass an on-site assessment.
