If you''re driven, detail-oriented, and ready to take on new challenges, this could be the role for youKey Responsibilities: Operate commercial vehicles (up to 44 tonnes), including rigid trucks, articulated lorries, and trailer wagonsDrive both long and short distances across the UK while doing Wagon and DragProvide excellent customer service with direct client communicationSupervise and assist with unloading goodsLift and carry goods, ensuring loads are securely fastenedAdapt routes based on traffic reports when necessaryComplete delivery paperwork or use electronic appsFollow Driver Hours Tacho and road regulationsDrive efficiently to maximize fuel savings and reduce wear and tearPerform daily vehicle checks (start and end of shift)Report and manage any incidents or accidentsComplete FORS eLearning modules and stay up to date on required training Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence, Driver CPC card, and digital tachograph cardMust be ok with Wagon and DragGood physical and mental health for drivingPrevious experience in a transport or warehouse and distribution environmentKnowledge of distribution operations, driver''s hour regulations, and tachograph rulesAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasksStrong attention to detail ..... full job details .....
