Class 1 Driver

Class 1 (C+E) Driver £18.00 per hourOur client is currently seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver to join their transport team on a full-time basis.This role involves operating refrigerated trailers on a variety of routes across the UK. There may also be occasional loading and unloading duties at delivery locations.Pay Rate: £18.00 per hourKey Responsibilities: Operating Class 1 vehicles with refrigerated trailersCompleting deliveries and collections across the UKCarrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or maintenance issuesCompleting delivery paperwork and driver records accuratelyEnsuring compliance with road transport regulations and company proceduresLiaising with transport and warehouse teams regarding delivery schedules and any delaysAssisting with loading and unloading when required Requirements: Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licenceMinimum 2 years'' HGV driving experience (required for insurance purposes)Refrigerated trailer experience is desirable but not essentialGood understanding of driver regulations and road safety requirementsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and work well under pressure Benefits: £18.00 per hourCompany pensionFree on-site parkingStaff canteenFull-time position If you''re an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a new opportunity, we''d like to hear from you.
