Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers – Haverhill

Earn up to £21.13 per hour | Ongoing Work | No Handball | Flexible Start Times

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join a leading national distribution centre based in Haverhill. We have ongoing work available with immediate starts for reliable drivers looking for consistent shifts on a 5 days on / 3 days off rota.

Whether you prefer early morning starts or afternoon/night trunking, we have shifts to suit your lifestyle.

AM Shift – RDC Deliveries

Start Times:

• Between 00:00 and 07:00
• Choose your preferred 3-hour start window

Duties:

• Deliveries to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs)
• Typically 1–4 drops per shift
• No manual handling or handball
• Modern, well-maintained fleet
• Ongoing, regular work

Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £17.75 per hour
• Saturday: £20.13 per hour
• Sunday: £21.13 per hour

PM Shift – Trunking

Start Times:

• Between 12:00 and 00:00
• Flexible 3-hour start window

Duties:

• Straightforward trunking between RDC depots
• No store deliveries
• No handball
• Clean, simple depot-to-depot work
• Consistent ongoing shifts

Pay Rates:

• Monday to Friday: £19.13 per hour
• Saturday: £20.13 per hour
• Sunday: £21.13 per hour

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV licence
• A valid Driver CPC qualification
• A valid Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 penalty points
• No DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements
• Good knowledge of Drivers'' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• The ability to complete daily vehicle safety checks
• A professional attitude with good communication skills
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
