Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver – Days (Port Sunlight)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a well-established operation based in Port Sunlight.

Location: Port Sunlight
Shift Pattern: Nights
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (PAYE), £20.00 Saturdays, £20.50 Sundays
Holiday Pay: Accrued separately

• Safe and timely delivery of goods
• Completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
• Ensuring compliance with all road transport regulations
• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork
• Representing the company in a professional manner

• Minimum 6 months Class 1 (Category C+E) driving experience
• Valid UK driving licence with CPC and Digi Tacho card
• Good understanding of driver hours and WTD regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious approach

• Competitive hourly PAYE rate
• Holiday pay accrued separately
• Ongoing, consistent day work
• Supportive transport team
