You will play a vital role in keeping the nation fed by delivering to stores and petrol stations across the region. Class 1 Driver Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a transparent and competitive PAYE pay structure with clear progression:Competitive Base Rates: Starting from 17.27 - 25.30 per hour (depending on shift).Longevity Increase: Automatic pay rises at 12 and 27 weeks.Overtime Premium: Earn up to 32.97 per hour after 45 hours.Premium Days: Double time for Bank Holidays (up to 50.60ph).Performance Bonus: Monthly incentives for high-quality driving.The "Gi Perks": Paid breaks, weekly pay, and free on-site parking.
