CLASS 1 DRIVER

Class 1 Driver

Vanta Staffing are recruiting for a Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in the Slough area. This will involve trunking work, a perfect role for drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Requirements of a Class 1 Driver:

• Minimum 18 months HGV driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
• Be able to complete a trunk run to hub and back or 2-3 runs a day
• Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
• No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)

Details:

• Salary: £18ph - Days / £19ph - Nights & Saturdays / £20ph - Sundays & Bank holidays
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (18.00 start)
• Location: Slough
• Duration: On Going

Role of a Class 1 Driver:

• Complete trunking run to hub and back 
• Complete 2-3 runs a day
• Complete vehicle checks
• Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
