class 1 driver

Class 1 Personnel are currently recruiting Class 1 Driver for one of the largest Logistics company based at Slough SL3 0BB. We are looking for weekend drivers who can work on the following days.Friday, Saturday and Sunday Class 1 Driver role mainly consists of delivering good directly from the airport to warehouse, Depot to Depot or depot to households in the safest way following all Health and Safety guidelines.Logistics Distribution and supply chain.You Must Have:UK Class 1 (CE) Licence + CPC and Tacho cardMinimum of 5 years verifiable work history - HMRC/PTAClean UK criminal record (check required) or Police clearance certificate if requiredProof of right to work and National InsuranceFlexibleKey Responsibilities:Safely operate Class 1 vehicles between UK depotsLoad/unload mail and parcels as neededFollow pre-planned trunking routesComplete daily vehicle checks and maintain logsEnsure all safety and compliance procedures are followedSalary:Pay Rate: 20.07p/h (Flat rate)Saturday Rate: 21.07p/hSunday Rate: 22.07p/hShifts: FS2Friday19:0004:008 hoursSaturday22:0007:008 hoursSunday22:0007:008 hours Rota-based - must be flexible with days/timingsCandidates will need to complete an assessment (theory + practical).
