About the Role
Manpower UK seeks Class 1 Driver Cat C+E for temporary work based in Trafford Park, Manchester. Driving articulated vehicles loaded with shipping containers, duties include regional and national deliveries plus collections, accurate paperwork, daily vehicle inspections and strict adherence to transport legislation. Shifts run Monday to Friday, starting between 5am and 7am, with 8–10 hour days; full-time and part-time patterns available. Pay ranges from £18 hourly to £23.40 for hours beyond nine each day. Applicants need a valid Cat C+E licence, CPC and Digi-Tacho cards, ideally six months' HGV experience. Temp-to-perm prospects and 28 days' annual leave are offered. Safety and professionalism must be maintained throughout.

The Role
- Driving Class 1 vehicles carrying shipping containers
- Deliveries and collections across regional and national locations
- Ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- Conducting daily vehicle checks and adhering to all transport legislation
- Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism at all times

Rate
- £18 per hour
- £23.40 per hour (Over 9 hours a day)
The Ideal Candidate
- You must hold a valid Cat C+E Licence, CPC Card, Digi-Tacho Card.
- Ideally 6 Months + HGV driving experience.
