Class 1 days and nights

Pay Rate: £19.68 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing
Shifts: QUAD shift 2 days followed by 2 nights

Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Class 1 HGV Driver to work at a Distribution Centre based in Castle Donington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, delivering high-quality service within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle, adhering to all road safety and compliance regulations
• Complete trunking runs and store deliveries across the UK
• Carry out pre- and post-trip vehicle checks
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
• Maintain communication with the transport team to report any delays or issues
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately

Requirements:

• Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) driving licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations
• A professional and customer-focused attitude
