About the Role
This temporary Class 1 ADR Tanker Driver role in Thurrock operates on a 4 on 4 off rotation covering both days and nights. The Role
As a Class 1 ADR Driver, you''ll be responsible for:
- Depot-to-depot trunking deliveries
- Refuelling at refinery sites
- Safe and compliant transportation of hazardous goods
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and road safety
Shift Pattern
- 4 on, 4 off
- 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of nights
- Day shifts start between 4am and 6am
- Night shifts start between 4pm and 6pm
Pay andamp; Benefits
- £20.55 per hour
- £30.83 per hour after 42.5 hours per week and for all weekend shifts
- Night Bonus of £20 per shift
- London Weighting Bonus of £7.75 per shift
- Performance Bonus of up to £1,000 every 6 months
- PAYE employment
- 28 days paid holiday per year

What We''re Looking For
To be considered, you must have:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Current ADR qualification in Classes 2 and 3 in Tanks
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years'' Class 1 driving experience
- No more than 6 penalty points
- No DD or DR convictions
Previous trunking or fuel delivery experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
