Full job description HGV Class 1 ADR Hooklift Driver Location: Wolverhampton, WV1 Job Type: Full-Time, temp to perm Pay: 18.60 per hour Guaranteed Minimum: 50 hours per week Start Time: 04:30 until finish Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 ADR Hooklift Driver to join our team in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a minimum of 50 hours per week paid at a rate of 18.60 per hour, with an early start time of 04:30 until finish. Key Responsibilities Operating Class 1 Hooklift vehicles safely and efficiently. Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks. Completing deliveries and collections in a safe and professional manner. Maintaining accurate digital tachograph records. Ensuring compliance with drivers'' hours and transport legislation. Communicating effectively with the depot and transport team. Maintaining high standards of vehicle safety and cleanliness. Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have: Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence. Valid Driver CPC. Valid ADR licence. Current Digital Tachograph Card. Minimum 1 year of professional HGV driving experience. Be aged 25+ for insurance purposes. Good knowledge of Wolverhampton and the surrounding areas. Previous Hooklift experience is preferred. A strong commitment to safe and professional driving.
