Key Responsibilities Register new claims notifications and maintain accurate case records across internal systems, giving you foundational exposure to specialist claims and complex policy structures. Process verified claim payments and prepare bordereaux submissions for specialist medical facilities, developing your understanding of technical accounting, settlement procedures, and financial workflows. Compile regular claims statistics and management information for internal review, sharpening your analytical capabilities and giving you visibility over team portfolio performance.
