Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Claims, Team Lead to join a VC Backed Tech company who are using AI to help insurers process Claims who are based in Dallas.Our client have raised $16M+, and already manage claims for 30+ insurers across more than $200M in insurance premiums with aggressive growth plans.As a Claims, Team Lead you will lead, coach, train and develop a team of around 4-5 Claims Handlers, this role is ideal for either - An existing Claims Lead or a strong Claims Handler who is ready to step up into a Leadership post.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and line-manage a team of Claims Handlers (4 to 5)Drive performance across quality, productivity, and customer satisfactionManage workflow allocation and team capacityReview claims quality and coach team members to improveMaintain oversight of the claims portfolio and escalate risks earlyPersonally handle a small portfolio of claims to stay technically sharp Person Specification:3+ years of claims experience - Property, Auto or GL.Currently works as a Senior Claims Handler, Complex Claims Handler, Claims Manager or Claims Team LeadStrong organisation and ability to prioritise independentlyComfortable using data to make decisionsTeam-oriented, hardworking, and ambitiousExperience leading, mentoring, or coaching others is a plusThis is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of $70,000 - $100,000 + 15% + Equity as well as very attractive company benefits.The role offers ..... full job details .....
