The team is responsible for recovering costs associated with historic building defects across a substantial residential portfolio. This role will support a live workstream of structural-design claims, with several matters progressing through negotiation, mediation and litigation. Job description Reporting into the Building Safety claims team, you will play a key role in preparing and coordinating the commercial evidence needed to support defect-recovery claims. You will work across technical, commercial, finance and legal teams to gather cost information, prepare quantum documentation and support the progression of claims from initial assessment through to settlement or litigation.
