Yours will be a key role in ensuring all claims progress without delay and to an optimal conclusion. Responsibilities will include:Managing a diverse portfolio of claims, with the opportunity to develop in other lines of business.Dealing with cases in line with FCA guidelines; relevant pre-action protocols and managing cases within Claims Portal.Establishing relevant coverages and handling within delegated authority end-to-end.Providing expert advice/advocacy, technical analysis and litigation support to clients to facilitate the settlement of claims.Liaising with a variety of stakeholders and establishing and maintaining key client contacts.Establishing and maintaining electronic claim files; process claims information and ..... full job details .....
