The role will involve oversight of claims performance, customer outcomes, supplier relationships, large loss cases and insurer reporting, ensuring claims are managed fairly, efficiently and in line with FCA requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with insurers, TPAs, loss adjusters and internal stakeholders to drive operational performance, control indemnity spend and deliver strong customer service standards across both standard and non-standard household products.
