What you’ll be doing as a Claims Manager:

- Managing and overseeing the day-to-day claims process
- Handling complex claims and making decisions on settlements
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the claims team
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and brokers
- Monitoring claims performance and reporting on key metrics

 
What we’re looking for in a Claims Manager:

- Proven experience in a claims handling role, ideally within insurance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Confident communicator with strong customer service focus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
