Job Title: Claims Intelligence AnalystLocation: Sevenoaks - hybrid working availableSalary: 27,000 - 35,500 DOE, plus up to an additional 1,500 performance related bonus per annum, once established within your roleJob Type: Full Time, PermanentWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per dayAbout the Role:As an Claims Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Counter Fraud team, along with other areas of the business. You will identify and review suspected fraudulent claims/policies through our counter fraud platforms, reporting these to counter fraud agencies when relevant. This individual will use a wide variety of fraud detection software and tools to conduct advanced intelligence investigations into suspect claims, producing your findings within a report.What you will be doing:To investigate suspected fraudulent claims/policies using various intelligence toolsTo deliver a usable intelligence-based product to reduce claim lossesTo provide intelligence-led support to general claims/policy teamsConfident in presenting complex information in a clear and concise mannerContribute to the continued improvements of the intelligence products and outputHandling, analysing and evaluating highly confidential datasets and documentsTo develop an understanding of the MI Reports generated and fraud detection strategyTo assist in the promotion of data integrity across the groupReview and respond to Schedule 2, Part 1, Paragraph ..... full job details .....
