About the Role:
You''ll manage FNOL and Accidental Damage claims from start to finish, building strong relationships with policyholders and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and fairly.

What You''ll Need:

• Motor claims experience

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Confident using computer systems and managing caseloads

• Ideally, working towards your CII (we''ll support you)
